This Fritz Hanson chair designed by Arne Jacobsen is considered one of the triumphs of his career. The chair has a strong foam inner shell beneath the upholstery. Working similar to a sculptor, Jacobson strived to find the perfect shape for the shell by experimenting with clay. The fabric is Design Tex Essence Leather in Candy Apple Red. The base is satin chrome.
