These 42" 3 Drawer Steelcase 900 Series Filing Cabinets are Platinum 4799. In the picture they are shown with tops, those tops have been removed so the files have holes in the top. We can make custom surfaces to cover the tops of the files as shown in the picture with any laminate of your choice.
