Step 1: Procurement & Inventory Management

We source large quantities of pre-owned office furniture from businesses across the Northeast. Each piece is inspected, cataloged, and added to our online inventory so customers can easily browse high-quality options.

Step 2: Inspection & Repair

Step 3: Cleaning & Refinishing

Step 6: Assembly & Quality Control

Products are function-tested, inspected, and packaged with Conklin Office Furniture branding. For customers using our assembly service, furniture arrives pre-assembled and ready for installation.

Step 7: Shipping & Quick-Ship Program

We pack using responsibly recycled materials. Select designer gray or white pieces are ready to ship in just five days.
