These Humanscale Freedom chairs have Wave Graphite fabric seat and back, Humanscale finish code V102 with a graphite frame.  The model number is F111-GV102.  These chairs have adjustable Duron arms, sliding foam seat pan, adjustable back, standard 3" carpet casters and a 5" cylinder.  A close up of the fabric is shown in the sixth photograph.
